Jeg udarbejder ikke detaljerede kostprogrammer, hvor jeg ned i mindste detalje beskriver, hvad du må spise. Min erfaring siger mig ret entydigt, at kostplaner ikke virker. Der går 14 dage, og så kan de færreste efterleve alle kravene.
Derfor er det bedre at arbejde med overordnede guidelines. Det er ikke det enkelte måltid, der vælter læsset. Kig hellere på, hvad du har spist samlet på en dag eller på en uge. Og tillad dig selv at spise det, du også godt kan lide i passende mængder. Hvis kostvaner skal være varige, skal de også være realistiske.

Der er lige så mange personlige indgangsvinkler til kost og motion, som der er mennesker, og det tager jeg altid højde for i mine forløb. Du får altid fri sms og mail til mig, hvis du har spørgsmål eller brug for et råd.
