Hvad er fordelene ved hhv. online træning og live træning med din personlige træner?

I mange år har jeg kun udbudt personlig træning såkaldt “LIVE” fra Return Gyms lokaler i Valby.
På mange måder er denne træningsform bare en sikker vinder. Din personlige træner har total føling med, hvilke øvelser, der er gode for dig. Der er direkte feedback på, hvad der virker, og hvad der ikke virker. Og justeringerne kan laves med det samme. Det er effektivt.
Online træning skal være ukompliceret og gennemsigtigt
Derfor har jeg ventet med at lancere online træning til jeg følte at jeg reelt stod med et produkt, jeg kunne stå indenfor. Hvor online træning er ukompliceret og gennemsigtigt. Både hvad angår priser og indhold. Og hvor jeg kan beholde en “føling” med klienten på trods af den geografiske afstand.
Flere af mine klienter har efterspurgt muligheden for et tæt coaching forløb, når de fx er ude at rejse eller i forbindelse med at de flytter længere væk. Men det er samtidig forskelligt, hvor hyppige samtaler, folk har brug for.
Nogen har brug for en månedlig heads up, hvor træningsprogrammet opdateres. Andre har brug for ugentlig sparring, for at holde motivationen oppe.
Men online træning er også genialt, hvis du er én af dem, der er inde i en god træningsrutine, hvor du rent faktisk kommer afsted til dit lokale træningscenter. Så sikrer du dig nemlig, at din planlægning bærer frugt. Du sikrer dig også, at du ikke går død i et kedeligt træningsprogram uden progression.
Hvis du står med valget om online vs. live træning med din personlige træner, hvad skal du så vælge?
Her kommer 4 fordele ved personlig træning “LIVE”:
- Personlig træning 1:1 er helt sikkert det bedste for dig, der ved med dig selv, at du ikke får trænet på anden vis. For når den første træningstime med din personlige træner er booket ind – ja, så er der ikke nogen vej udenom. Han eller hun venter på dig. Så du må hellere komme op af sofaen 😉
- Personlig træning LIVE er genialt til dig, der træner rigtig tungt og har gjort det længe. For så har du altid én til at spotte dig og hjælpe med de helt tunge løft
- Du er sikker på, at vægt og teknik er helt korrekt i forhold til din styrke, så du ikke ender med en overbelastning og deraf eventuelt en skade. For der er altid et ekstra sæt øjne på dig, så du ikke behøver at få skæv nakke af at kigge med i spejlet.
- Du får et lille socialt boost ved at komme ud af døren og møde et andet menneske, som er klar til at møde dig. Du får mulighed for at vende løst og fast i den time, du har. Styrketræning bliver knap så ensomt, som hvis du klarer det helt alene i et stort og anonymt træningscenter.
De 4 fordele ved personlig træning ONLINE:
- Du kan fortsætte den gode rutine, du allerede har opbygget i dit lokale gym. Men du får en træningsmakker ”remote”, som altid er der til at hjælpe, opdatere, justere og bygge videre på din form. Og aldrig er mere end en sms eller et opkald væk.
- Hos mig er der ikke et team af trænere, hvor du pludselig får svar fra en anden, end ham eller hende, du talte med dagen før. Der er kun mig ved roret på online træning. Og jeg tager ikke flere klienter ind, end at jeg kan varetage alle forløb til fulde.
- Hvis du synes, det kan blive for meget at træne sammen med andre, og hellere vil klare det alene fx derhjemme eller udendørs, så er online træning perfekt. Du får professionel rådgivning, programlægning og kostvejledning, i det omfang, du ønsker. Og du kan hive fat i din træner, præcis, når du har behovet.
- Du kan flytte eller tage på ferie og forretningsrejse og stadig have dit træningsprogram og din personlige træner med dig i ”i lommen”.
Selvfølgelig er der overlap mellem de to måder. For uanset, hvad du vælger, bliver der taget hånd om dine ønsker.
